Steve's new solo acoustic album 'WITHOUT' is released by MWM Records in January 2009. It features 10 new original tracks and is performed on just acoustic guitar, vocals and harmonica. It was recorded with acclaimed folk engineer/producer Ron Angus at his Shiney Row, Studio One.

Songs in a Carrier Bag has 12 tracks written by Steve and features trio members Rachael Rhoades on violin/accordion/piano and Michael Bailey on bass guitar.
Additional musicians are Phil Armstrong on electric guitar/mandolin, Stephen Robson on drums and Tony Davis on keyboards.
The album was recorded at The Cluny Studios, Ouseburn, Newcastle upon Tyne. Produced by Steve Daggett. Recorded and mixed by Tony Davis.

DNA
While recording rehearsals for an upcoming series of gigs in Bahrain, it was decided that the results of the session should be released as a limited edition CD. The album was recorded without overdubs and mostly as a 'first take' to generate a live feel in the studio. It features Steve on vocals/acoustic guitar/harmonica and Phil Armstrong from the Electric Band on electric guitar / mandolin / vocals.
The album titled DNA contains 6 songs from TROUBADOUR TERRITORY and 4 new previously unrecorded tracks.

Released April 2003, it's a raw and ragged alt.country sound that's already being compared to the likes of Steve Earle. See review section for more.
This EP features Rachael Rhoades on violin and Michael Bailey on upright bass, both of the acoustic trio. Additional recording musicians were Phil Armstrong on electric guitars and Jeff Armstrong on drums, both from the electric band.
The CD is released on MWM records with whom Steve has recently been working on tracks for the Northumbria Anthology. MWM have in the past issued albums by Lindisfarne, Alan Hull, Kathryn Tickell, Rab Noakes and McCallum amongst many others.

Following the recordings for ANGELS OF THE NORTH compilation in 2002, 2 tracks written by Steve appear on a this compilation CD released by the MILL HOUSE venue. The album SWEETCORN volume 1 features the trio performing THUD, THWACK AND TWANG live in the studio and Steve playing a solo version of CYBERCAFE again taken live in the studio. The album features performances by acts that regularly appear at the venue on the Acoustic Sunday Sessions and the Bank Holiday Monday Marquee Rock Festivals.
